ND State Legislature
NDPHCC is very active within the North Dakota Legislature. Back in the early 1980's, we were instrumental in the State adopting the "Multiple Prime" legislation for public bidding. We have endevored ever since then to oppose any legislation that would serve to weeken this legislation. NDPHCC has also worked with the State Plumbing Board towards adopting legislation that furthers the health and safety of the North Dakota people. Our organization has been active in every legislative session since the 1970's providing testimony on any bill that would help or hinder our trades.
US Congress
PHCC has a Legislative Affairs division that works to make sure that our interests as Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors are protected. PHCC has an Action Center that distributes information about Federal Legislation and committees regarding our industry. There are several tools available to PHCC members for use in tracking and being a part of the Legislative porcess. Keep track of what is going on in our nation's capital!
